This return policy is valid for the United Kingdom.
You have the right to return products within 30 days of receiving your order purchased from our online store Dyno Electrics.
How to Return: Returning your products is easy. If you wish to return an item:
- Notify Us: Contact our customer service team via email at info@dynoelectrics.com within 30 days to inform us of your intent to return.
- Packaging: Ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging, unopened, and in a resalable condition. The product must not have been used. Include all original documentation and accessories.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, including in cases of dissatisfaction with the product. If the product is defective or we have made an error, we will cover the return shipping cost. A return label is typically included in the package. If not, please email us, and we will provide a digital label that can be printed and added to the return package.
- Inspection: Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy conditions.
- Refund/Exchange: Upon successful inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. If an exchange is requested, we will process it once the inspection is complete.
Important Considerations:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund. We will arrange for the return and cover the shipping costs.
- Custom Orders: Please note that custom orders are non-refundable.
- Condition of Returns: Only products in new condition—unopened, unused, and in original packaging—are eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns with visible signs of use.
